The staff was outstandingly accommodating and made it a fantastic stay. Lovely location near to water front as well as shops, only 5 minutes walk from an adjoining garden.
Everything was great except the room that should be cleaned.

We loved our stay; the location and staff were beautiful. The beach was lovely. And a short walk to ives harbour. Friendly reception. Very lovely stay in the really quiet area.

I enjoyed staying here, the location was perfect. Rooms were airy and warm, equipped with TV and a radio. The bed was extremely comfy and the balcony had excellent views. Really cute design, excellent service in the entire hotel.

The breakfast was varied, the pool was clean, the beds were very clean. I appreciated a beautiful decor and lovely furniture. Generally everything was really perfect, though the bathroom was smelly. Central location, within walking distance of Barbara Hepworth Museum. The pool bar was lively and the drinks were alcoholic.
The room I booked was not yet cleaned.

Everything was more than perfect, I felt so welcome. The room was neat and warm, nice to relax in. Employees were very pleasant and kept it all fairly clean. Top, handy location.

It was cute hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Fab location, just a pleasant stroll away from clodgy point. The room was delightful and nice modern.

train station st ives was less than 10 minutes walk away. the breakfast was lovely - a good choice of food.
